Jumble is a word unscramble game. You get seven letter tiles and ninety seconds. Spell as many words as you can from them, three letters or more, and put every one on your shelf. Somewhere in the pile hides a seven-letter word: find it for a JUMBO.
It’s an anagram game with a twist. One tile is golden, and any word that uses it scores double. Every 20 seconds the gold jumps to a new letter, so the smart play keeps changing. Dewey the bookworm watches from his book, cheers your long words and yawns at your repeats.
Jumble is part of Unrot, a series of short games that each put one mental skill to the test: memory, attention, speed, logic or words. Zero brainrot.
How to play
- Tap letters (or type them) to spell a word of 3 or more letters, then hit Submit (or Enter).
- Each letter tile can be used once per word. Tap a letter in your word to put it back.
- Shuffle the tiles whenever you’re stuck. It’s free.
- Words that aren’t in the list, and words you already found, cost nothing. Just try again.
Scoring
- Points grow fast with length: 3 letters 100, 4 letters 200, 5 letters 400, 6 letters 800, all 7 letters 1,500 (a JUMBO).
- A word that uses the golden tile scores double. A JUMBO uses every tile, so it always hits the gold.
- Find every word on the board before time runs out and you get 100 points for each second left.
- Play the Daily for one scored run on the same letters as everyone else, and keep your Unrot streak alive.
Tips
- Start with the easy three- and four-letter words to warm up, then go long.
- Look for endings like -ED, -ER, -ING and -S. They turn one word into two.
- Watch the ring on the golden tile: when it runs out, the gold jumps. Play your gold words before it goes.
- Shuffle often. A new order shows you words you couldn’t see before.
