Site Zero is a tactical 5v5 shooter about one small, very important device. The Breakers want to plant the Charge. The Wardens would prefer they didn’t. You’re one of ten players on Saltworks, a sun-bleached harbor of salt yards, cranes and a drainage culvert everyone swears they’ll check next round.
Every round starts with a buy. Pistols, SMGs, rifles, a sniper, armor, a defuse kit and four kinds of grenades: smoke that actually fills the room (and that bullets punch holes through), flashes, frags and firebombs. Win and you’re rich. Lose three in a row and you’re still fine. Lose three and buy a sniper anyway and that’s on you.
How to play
- Stop before you shoot. Moving shots go wide. Tap or burst at range, spray up close, and pull down against the recoil.
- Heads matter. A rifle headshot through a helmet can end a fight in one bullet.
- Plant with 5 (switch to the Charge) and hold E or the mouse on site A or B. Defusing takes 10 seconds, or 5 with a kit.
- Use your radio. Z, X and C open the command wheels; your bot teammates listen.
- Walls aren’t always cover. Thin wood and sheet metal stop nothing.
Tips
- Smoke a sightline before you cross it, then shoot through the gap the enemy’s bullets carve.
- Crouch while spraying for tighter groups, but don’t get caught crouched in the open.
- After a lost pistol round, save. A full buy next round beats two half buys.
- Listen: running footsteps carry, walking with Shift is silent.
